I am unable to create a MySimplyHired account. What should I do?
1. Check to make sure that you aren’t getting an error message that the user name is already taken. If you are getting an error message saying the name is already taken, simply choose another user name for the site. 2. Check to make sure that your username is 6-15 characters long. 3. Check to make sure that your password is 6-15 characters long, with at least one letter and one number. Putting in an easy password (password, 123456) won’t let you get to the “create” account button without changing it to a more complex password. 4. Make sure that you have checked on the “I agree to the Terms of Service” box. Please contact us if you continue to have issues registering for an account.
