You can join a Mid Rogue Health Plan/CareSource health plan within the seven month Initial Coverage Election Period (ICEP) starting 3 months before the month of your birthday, continuing 3 months after the month of your birthday, and including the month of your birthday. You must live in our service area, and be entitled to Part A and participating in Part B of Medicare.
