I am trying to use the “License Verification” link to look up or verify a nurse, but it is not pulling up the correct information or is saying he or she doesn exist. Why is that?

When looking up or verifying a license online, you do not have to fill out all of the search boxes. Try entering just a license number or a last name with a first initial. Sometimes the spelling may not match or you may have a wrong license number that you are searching for and that will come back with a blank result page saying that no matches can be found. If you have tried this and are still not getting the correct information to pull up, please call the Board of Nursing at (405) 962-1800.
