I am trying to take an online course/exam and the TRAIN course/exam screen shows only a small box I the upper left corner I cant see any questions or content. What is going on?

Check to make sure a setting, Allow-Script-Initiated Windows Without Size or Position Constraints is enabled. This setting may be found in the Tools menu, Internet Options, Security tab. Highlight Internet and then click on the Custom Level button near the bottom.
