I am trying to submit my ad on JobLIST, but when I push “Submit” on the payment screen, nothing happens. What should I do?
Follow these steps in order if your order does not go through: 1. Try switching to another browser. Please review list of supported browsers here. Several users have reported problems while using an older version of Netscape. Try switching to other browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. Please try to submit your order after opening the screen in a new browser. 2. If step one does not work, try changing your payment type to purchase order on the Order Summary review screen, and attempt to submit again. Occassionally, due to errors in the credit card number, the system will not accept your order. We would be happy to send you a bill if you select “Purchase Order.” 3. If step three does not work, please call JobLIST staff (contact information is available here). JobLIST staff is able to submit your ad as a purchase order, in which case you will be sent an invoice.
