You need to make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser. For example, please ensure you are using at least Internet Explorer 6 or 7. To check your version of IE: 1. Click on Help on the toolbar 2. Select About Internet Explorer 3. This should display which version of IE is installed. If you are using an earlier version of IE please contact your IT department to update. If you are using IE6 or 7, it may be that Javascript is not turned on on your browser. To turn Javascript on: 1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. 2. Click the Security tab. 3. Click Custom Level in Security Level for this Zone. 4. Scroll down to Scripting, near the bottom of the list. 5. Under Active Scripting, choose Enable. 6. Click OK to leave Security Settings. 7. Click OK to leave Internet Options.
