I am trying to pull up my check images but I am getting an error message: “Exe_Expired”. What does this mean?
Check images are only available for a few minutes after you have pulled up your account transaction history. If this occurs, just pull up your account history again and click on “view check” again and your check image will be available. If you are still experiencing a problem viewing your check images, please send us an e-mail or call us at (847) 952-3700.
