I am trying to log in to SAP, but it won let me. What is going on?
First, make sure you have been instructed to begin working with SAP. If you haven’t been instructed to begin, you don’t have the required information to log in yet. If you have been authorized to start and are still having problems, you should check a couple of things to make sure you are logging in correctly. First, make sure you are entering the Client number. Our client number this term for ISM3011 is 240. If you are entering the correct client number but are still having problems, make sure you are entering your user name accurately. SAP is case sensitive, so your log in must be entered exactly as provided by your instructor.
