I am trying to license my MasterWorks and it keeps telling me that my serial number is wrong; I am copying the serial number exactly from the box. Can you help?

Actually you need to enter the serial number exactly as it is shown on the CD jewel case [plastic case the CD comes in] with all the dashes. Also pay close attention to the use of the number “0” zero vs. the letter “O” & the number “1” vs. the letter “I”.
