I am trying to install the software into a computer using Windows 98, and the install program does not start, however it displays a dialog box stating that core components must be updated, what do I do?
There are certain files that must be upgraded and updated to specific versions in order for the software to function properly. This is normally an automatic procedure that only requires the user to install the CD, follow the screen instructions, and when the computer reboots, to insert the CD a second time to continue with the installation. The installation process requires TWO reboots of the computer, the first copies all the necessary core library upgrades and the second installs the program. If you are having difficulty in installing the software, simply allow the install program to modify the files that must be upgraded.
