This option is only available in the Professional or Photo Edition of IDNow. You must first ensure that you are trying to connect to a supported database type. The current types supported are any version of Microsoft Access, SQL Server 7 and 2000 and Oracle 8, DBase 5 and most ODBC defined data sources. If the database is one of the above types then you may find that your computer does not have access to the database or you do not have the access rights to connect to the database. If all of the are not the case then you or someone from your IT department should contact us so we can see if we can find out why you can not connect.
