I am trying to charge my battery with a CTEK Multi XS 3600 but only one LED on the lowest row is lit. What is wrong?
There could be three different reasons for this: 1. There is less than 2.2V within the battery. This battery should be considered worn out and be replaced. 2. Problems with the connections. Make sure that the clamps are connected tightly and that the quick connector (Comfort connect) is properly connected. 3. The charger is faulty. It is very unusual – less than one in a thousand. Test the charger on another battery. If the error still remains, please contact us.
