Let’s say that you have six operators that need to take the certification examination. If all six are available at one time, they would complete the written assessment in approximately 1 ½ – 2 hours, but could take up to the full allotted time of three hours. Once the written assessment has been submitted for grading, you would receive the test scores within the hour. Only then could the operator, after passing the written assessment, take the practical examination. Each operator would then take approximately 30-45 minutes for the practical field exam. In most cases your six operators would be able to complete both the written and the practical in one day. You would receive the complete results within 24 hours, and your operators would be certified and ready to go to work the next day.
