For most mixed breeds, just follow the attributes to each breed. Most mixed breeds will inherit both of the breeds characterists. Poodles do not shed. So, this breed SHOULD not shed. I own a yorkie poo and she does not shed. Plus her coat is a mix of both yorkie qualities and poodle qualities. She has a silky coat, with curls from the poodle side, but she does not shed. Poodles and poodle mixes are good dogs for those with allergies. Ask the breeder for complete shedding info, as they should know for certain whether their mix of Aussie + Poodle will not shed. Most Austrailian sheepdogs only shed once per year, and not all year round. And every dog loses it’s hair to a small or large degree. A 100% non sheddable dog is the 2nd generation Australian Labradoodle. That’s a mix between Australian Sheep dog + Labrador retreiver + Poodle.
