A. Our program is designed to accommodate nontraditional students as well as students entering college right out of high school. We offer evening classes, online classes, and opportunities for independent study. Externships are available in France, Italy, Costa Rica and other countries. We can also arrange for you to study locally under chefs in Houma, Thibodaux, New Orleans, Morgan City or Baton Rouge. Currently we have students on paid externships in New York, Colorado and California. Our curriculum is flexible, and we encourage you to choose an externship experience that is right for you and your family.
