I am thinking about trying the Kelloggs cereal diet. Has anyone done it?
I have and it works. I lost 7 pounds in the two weeks. However, this is not the healthiest diet and the world and you probably shouldn’t do it for a long time. You are really just cutting back on calories and could do the same thing with any healthy cereal. It can also get boring since you have to eat the cereal for two meals a day.
Well it does work yes if you stick to it properly ie bowl of cereal for breakfast and lunch and a proper healthy dinner and nothing else the problem is once you loose the pounds and start eating normaly again the pounds just go back on you’re better off eating healthily with a balanced meal and plenty of exercise that way the weight will stay off.
