I am the list owner but it does not let me send any messages to the list. What is wrong?

If the list is unmoderated all subscribers to the list can post messages by sending an email to LIST-NAME@theiet.org without needing to use the approval password. If you send a message to the list and receive a message with a variation of the following in the subject heading: BOUNCE listname@theiet.org: Non-member submission from YOU this means that your email address is not in the list of subscribers. This problem would occur when either the list owner has been changed and the new owner has not been added to the list of subscribers, or the list owner has been unsubscribing people to the list and accidentally unsubscribed themselves.
