You may schedule a DOH inspection of your proposed home by contacting the county health department (CHD) in the county where your home will be located: http://www.doh.state.fl.us/chdsitelist.htm The home will be inspected for compliance with Chapter 64E-12, Community Based Residential Facilities, Florida Administrative Code.
