I am starting InsurancePro for the first time. What should I know?

When you start InsurancePro for the first time, a wizard should show up, who will guide you through the first few screens of the program. Before you can start using InsurancePro, you must enter your Insurance Agency information, at least one User or Agents information, and you must add at least one Insurance Company. The wizard takes you through these three screens. Be a little patient, as you wont be able to click on anything while the wizard is speaking. Once he gives you the cue to enter information, do so at that point. In the Agency Information Setup Screen, there is a Logon Required at Program Startup check box. Selecting this option makes InsurancePro system a lot more secure, and the program asks for a valid User ID and Password every time it is started. It is highly recommended to use this option, but be careful about activating it the first time you run the program.
