You didn t say if this was a home office application or if you are opening an office in a complex. Let’s start with a home office. I assume you want to have Internet access, a fax, a modem and a business line. The best solution would be AT&T® ISDN Direct Services (BRI). BRI can handle both voice and data connections over the same line and since there are two ‘B’ channels available on each BRI, voice and data connections can be done simultaneously, one on each ‘B’ channel. The required interface device, called an NT1, allows the connection of analog and data devices such as telephones, fax machines and PCs.
