Yes, we will be manning what we call remote Help Desk locations, during fall move-in to assist residents connect their systems to ResNet. We do ask that try reading and going through the steps listed in the ResNet Quick Start Guide before you drop by any of our Help Desk locations. These guides will be available when you pick up your keys during move-in.
