In order for your application to be considered as seeking AAAHC/Medicare deemed status, you must select your facility type as an ambulatory surgery center on the Demographics page, as well as affirming that you want an AAAHC/Medicare deemed status survey on the Scoping Page with “yes.” Only if both of these requirements are fulfilled will your application be considered for AAAHC/Medicare deemed status.
