You will need one IP license for each client, server or embedded device that uses SCO IP contained in Linux. A single client license applies to a single user for as many CPUs as physically present on the desktop system. For servers, the number of processors licensed for each server must be equal to the number of physical processors running on each server. An embedded license includes the right to use SCO IP for a single CPU.
