I am relieving a position at a higher classification level. I am concerned I have not been paid the correct higher duties in the SAP payroll system?
If your line manager has submitted an Employee Movement Form and you have not yet received your allowances for performing higher duties, then these adjustments may not have been processed. The payroll team is currently focused on processing the backlog of adjustments and working towards stabilising the new SAP payroll system as quickly as possible. Once your higher duties pay rate is processed it will appear on your payslip in the Retrospective Payment section. Queensland Health has processed all adjustments for money owed to staff from the LATTICE payroll system. If you have outstanding higher duties payments that were submitted in the LATTICE system, please contact your Line Manager.
