No, 3G PAL is only applicable to STM Residential subscribers (NRIC/Work Permit/Employment Pass/S Pass-registered). • Can both of us nominate each other as our 3G PAL? Yes, as long as both of you fulfill the criteria, you are able to nominate each other as 3G PALl. • Can the nominated number be a StarHub/M1 mobile number? No, the nominated number must be a SingTel Mobile postpaid number. • Must the nominated number be on 3G plans as well? No, nominated numbers can be non-3G STM subscribers. • Must the nominated number be on personal plans as well? No, nominated numbers can be BRN STM subscribers. • How many frequently called numbers can I nominate? Each customer is limit to 1 3G PAL. As such, you can only nominate 1 frequently called number. • If I downgrade my 3G price plan to a 2G price plan, can I still enjoy the benefits from 3G PAL? No, 3G PAL is applicable to all 3G price plans except for 3G iOne Plus Student Promotion. Your 3G PAL will be ceased automatically under your 2G price
