‘NTVDM has encountered a System Error. Access is denied. Choose ‘Close’ to terminate the application.’ This error message appears when you are running a 16-bit program on Windows 2000 SP3 or SP4. IBackup for Windows application uses the 16-bit program and this may be the reason for the error. There is a supported hot fix available from Microsoft to resolve this issue.
