I am receiving a Grace Period message stating that PKZIP/SecureZIP will expire in ‘x’ days, what should I do?
This message is caused by a change in your serial number, model, and/or processor group. A grace period typically will last seven days. In order to remove the Grace Period, you will need to obtain a new license code. Please see the following FAQ on how to run a license report and submit a request for a new authorization code.
