I am really struggling at the moment and need to take a break from study, what is the procedure for deferring so that I can continue without any problems after?
If you are deferring just for one semester you don’t have to do anything. You would continue to have access to mySI-net and could add your courses for the next semester as usual. If you defer for a whole year, this is also in order but you should email the Faculty Office at admin@epsa.uq.edu.au and the Education Manager to let them know. If it is longer than that you should observe the maximum time for completion of your program. If you find yourself running short of time, you should request an extension through the EPSA Faculty Office admin@epsa.uq.edu.au and also let the Education Manager know.
