Everything you need to get started is available at FRBservices.org. You will want to begin by visiting the New Financial Services Customer – Setup Services and Access section. Simply follow the steps provided including the completion of the Official Authorization List (OAL) and Board Resolution, the setup forms and the selection of FedCash Services. Don’t forget to consider the additional tools available to your institution. You can review these extra no-cost options in the FedCash Services via FedLine Web section which can be found under Service Offerings in the left hand navigation bar. Once you have completed the setup steps, you will want to review the eLearning tools available in the FedCash Services Education section to help train and educate your staff. Once this is complete, you are ready to begin processing cash with the Federal Reserve Banks.
