If your Bankwest credit card is available as a chip card, you can request for a replacement chip card to be issued to you. To request a replacement chip credit card, please call our Customer Help Centre on 13 17 18. If you are travelling overseas, we strongly recommend that you have a PIN on your credit card. In some countries you may be asked to use your PIN instead of signing to authorise your purchase or you may even be asked for both a PIN and a signature. For this reason, we recommend that you always know your PIN when travelling overseas. To protect you further please advise the bank when you are travelling overseas. You can email cardfraud@bankwest.com.au quoting your full name, contact details whilst overseas and the last 4 digits of the cards you intend to use overseas.
