I highly recommend P90X. It’s a great program. Yes, there are 12 DVDs. You will use one each day for six days (day 7 is either rest or do the Stretch DVD). There are three Phases; three weeks workout and one week cardio emphasis for three times (90 days). You will use different DVDs during each Phase (it makes more sense when you see the literature). Each DVD is just about an hour. You’ll also need either dumbbells and a chin-up bar or a set of exercise bands. The exercise are really pretty simple/basic. The time goes by quickly. Their website and forums are very helpful, even if you haven’t purchased the program yet. go to beachbody.com and click on the message boards link. You should be in good shape to begin this program. If not, start with P90 or one of their other programs. It may seem intimidating at first, but keep with it. Good Luck.
