Campus Corps requires that community-based internship/practicum/clinical/teaching are: (a.) “hands on;” (b.) of a service-learning nature with a built in reflection component; (c.) that students have a faculty advisor, and; (d.) that the student recruits volunteers during their term of service, and participates in National Service Days hosted by their campus. Additionally the student’s host site must qualify as a not-for-profit agency in need of assistance.
