I am part of a dual-military couple (one on sea duty and one on shore duty), and we are unable to comply with the requirement to have a Family Care Plan. What will happen?
As in the previous question, your CO’s may ADSEP both members of the dual-military couple. With 1 year or greater remaining on either or both members’ enlistments, the entire case for BOTH members must go to NAVPERSCOM for determination. It is possible at least one, or possibly both Sailors could be administratively separated.
