A. The Immunization and Tuberculosis Screening Certificate must be submitted by July 1st for the fall semester, or January 1st for the spring semester (if you are a student starting in January). If for some reason you are unable to get the form to us by those dates, you must submit it as soon as possible. After August 15th the University Registrar will block continuation of your registration for the fall semester until the form has been submitted and immunization and screening requirements have been met.
