The structure of plans have changed in Bamboo 2.7. Previously (Bamboo 2.4.x to Bamboo 2.6.x) starter licenses were limited to 10 plans. With the new structure starter licenses are now limited to 10 jobs. Jobs are equivalent to plans so no functionality or benefits were lost. Learn more here.
