I am off work due to a long-term disability or Workers Compensation claim. Should I indicate I have a physical ailment on the Disclosure portion of the application for renewal?
Not necessarily. This question is meant to identify if you have a physical ailment which prevents you from practicing nursing in a safe and competent manner. An illness, injury or disability does not necessarily prevent you from practicing safely or competently. If you are unsure about your specific situation, contact the College and ask to speak with a nursing practice consultant.
