I am not sure if I would like to go on SEP to one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland or South Korea. Should I still apply for the LPP?

If you are not sure if you would like to go on SEP to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland or South Korea, then you should not apply for the LPP. There are alternative methods of learning French, German or Korean. Please refer to Question 4.
