I am not receiving emails from Hibbett. What is wrong?
Not receiving Hibbett emails can be the result of several issues. First, please be sure that our emails are not being sent to your SPAM or Junk folder in your email account. Next, verify that the email address listed on your MVP Rewards account under your “My Account” tab is correct. Lastly, please make sure that you have not previously “opted-out” of any of the emails that were sent to you.
