I am not receiveing the password to the tournaments. Why not?
We do our best to make sure that all joining members get put on the correct distribution lists. If you think you’re not receiving emails from Member Services, first, make sure that our emails are not going to your spam, bulk mail, junk mail, etc. folders. If this is the case, we believe that all you have to do is add the Member Services email address to your personal address book and this will not happen again. If this isn’t the case, then email Member Services and we’ll verify that we have you on the list.
