I am not receiveing email that I think I should be receiving. How can I check if the service is up?
An easy way to check if the service is up is to send yourself an email and see of it appears in the history. If the delivery problem is on your end, it may appear in the history but not arrive in your email client until later. We monitor the service on a regular basis and perform loop tests every 30 seconds, where we send email through the service and see how long it takes to be delivered. To date, not a single delivery problem has been related to our service.
