There is a possibility that your junk mail filter may have caught your confirmation e-mail and classified it as junk/spam. If you want to follow up on the status of your campaign, please e-mail ads@deviantart.com or your adCast support representative and someone will get back to you shortly to resolve your dispute. Please reference your user name and order number if available. The effective start date of your campaign is when you received a confirmation email stating that your adCast banner has been added to the advertising rotation. Please also be advised that emails are not handled during the weekends.
