In order to take courses from outside the program, you must register (pdf) with OISE as a a non-degree student, which means you may take courses without being registered in a program of study that will lead to a degree. As a non-degree student, access to OISE is limited, and most Counselling Psychology courses do not allow non-degree students to enroll. Non-degree students require written approval from the instructor before being enrolled into a CP course.
