I am not able to view my Electronic Expense Receipt on ViewTrip. Why?
You may not be able to view your Expense Receipt for the following reasons: 1. Your travel arranger has not issued your invoice document. 2. Your travel arranger has voided your invoice document 3. Your trip has concluded and your trip plans are no longer available to view on ViewTrip. The reason may be because you either do not have a retention segment in the PNR (with a date at least 30 days beyond last active segment) or the retention segment is now past date. 4. Your travel arranger has elected not to utilize the Electronic Expense Receipt feature.
