I am not able to copy my DVDs when creating an ISO image file, and I have checked my hard disk has enough space to save it. Whats the problem?

Please check if you are using FAT32 file system, the capacity of which is limited within 2GB, if yes, please change FAT32 file system into NTFS. Or please copy directly to DVD±R/RW disc or your hard disk, instead of creating image file.
