I am no longer receiving e-mails and see an icon has appeared stating that my outlook is offline:. How can I turn it back online to begin receiving e-mails again?

Within the Outlook application, left click on File (you may have to left click twice to see the entire File menu) and then left click on Work Offline. This will change your setting to online and you will be able to send/receive e-mails again.
