You will need to run the Database Repair Utility. Exit the surveillance software completely. Go to Start > Program Files > GV-xxx (where “xxx” is your GV version), and choose “Repair Database Utility”. This process can take quite a bit of time. Once it completes, open your surveillance software again to see if the problem has been solved.
