I am missing email folders in my myUMB Mail account! How do I get those email messages back?

If an entire email folder is missing from your myUMB Mail account, you may need to subscribe to that email folder. Here are basic instructions on how to subscribe to folders in myUMB Mail: • Log into myUMB Mail (https://webmail.umaryland.edu). • Click on the Folders icon at the top of the screen. • In the “Unsubscribe/Subscribe” section, search for your missing Open Webmail Folders. NOTE: DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO FOLDERS WITH NAMES THAT START WITH ‘.’ THESE ARE NOT EMAIL FOLDERS. • After you have subscribed to your missing folders, click on the “Inbox” icon at the top of the screen. You may need to refresh the page for the folders to appear in the Folders List on the left side of the screen. If the folder you are missing is not found in the list, please contact the ASC Help Desk.
