I am in the process of purchasing a home in Radisson, and I have been told about a fee called the Amenities Equalization Assessment. What is this?
As of October 1, 2005, the Radisson Community Association will impose an Amenities Equalization Assessment (AEA) to the purchaser of a residential property in the Radisson Community. These funds are used to offset the costs of replacing old and creating new amenities in our community. The AEA is calculated as .25% of the purchase price of the residential property. The AEA applies to both new and existing homes and is payable at the time of closing.
