First, try using the Door to exit. If that doesn’t work, try clicking the X in the upper right-hand corner. If that still doesn’t get you out, press CTRL-ALT-DEL and click End Task. Wait about 5-7 seconds and another window should pop up — click End Task again. If that still doesn’t work, physically turn the computer off by pressing the power button (you may have to hold the button in for 10 seconds). You may have to wait for 30 minutes before logging in to NCWISE again.
