I am in between shoe sizes (i.e. Womens 8.5) so what size insole should I order?

Order an insole that is one size larger than your shoe size (i.e. If you wear a Women’s 8.5, order a Women’s 9 insole). Using the factory insole as a guide, line up the heel of the old insole with your new SOLE Custom Footbed and trace the toe area. Then use scissors to trim the insoles. WARNING: Only trim the toe area, and do not cut them too short.
